I did not sign up, how can I get a refund?

There are a few pretty deliberate steps one must take in order to sign up for a subscription to any Prep Network website.

Also, what we typically find in this instance is that someone else from the household may have purchased the subscription. 

Going back to our checkout process, you must first choose a subscription plan. Second, you must enter all of the information on the page and then press the “Complete Purchase” button. See the attached screen-shots for a view of those pages. 

There is no other way to make a purchase on our website. 

Ultimately, we regret to inform you that all purchases and renewals on any Prep Network website are final. As you can see, above, there was a deliberate decision to make the purchase and we cannot get into the practice of refunding purchases of that nature.This is clearly stated in the  Prep Network Cancellation Policy. We apologize for any confusion.
