We regret to inform you that all purchases and renewals on any Prep Network website are final. Therefore, we cannot issue any refunds for payments that have taken place.
We apologize for any confusion about the automatic recurring payments system. Automated recurring payments are the industry standard for subscription-based companies. All Prep Network websites have positioned themselves as subscription product and are transparent about that throughout the checkout process. For example, on the subscribe page we note, “Access to Prep Network’s year-round, ad-free coverage, billed annually,” which is an indication that you will be billed every year. The same is in print about our monthly and two-year packages.
Furthermore, below the Complete Purchase button on the checkout page, you’re able to click on our Cancellation Policy, which states that we do not issue refunds. We have also made note of our refund policy in the Prep Network Terms of Service, on our Frequently Asked Questions page, and in your initial email welcoming you to our service.
We hope you will see that we have intended to be anything but unclear about the billing process for our customers. It is important to us that you understand what you’re signing up for and have dedicated resources to ensure that our transparency about billing cycles goes beyond the industry standard.
