I am interested in registering for this weekend’s showcase, however, registration has closed. What can I do now?

As our team prepares for the upcoming weekend, online registration closes on Wednesday evening before the event.

Online late registrations are welcome pending event capacity, but spots are very limited! We strongly recommend purchasing your registration in advance to guarantee your spot. Once capacity is reached, no additional registrations will be accepted.

1. If the event is already sold out, you will see a message on the registration page noting that we are no longer taking registrations.

If you plan to register and pay onsite, please arrive one hour before the start time and bring a debit or credit card for any remaining registration steps, as cash will not be accepted. Walk-up check-in will only begin after all pre-registered attendees have checked in.

NOTE: Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once we reach capacity, no exceptions will be made. Secure your spot now!
