Learn how to check hotel room availability on your booking link in this article.

Accessing your Team Booking Link

The booking link contains the list of hotels available for the event. 

When you receive a booking link with your Team's name at the top, the link is connected to your team and Team Managers can create blocks of rooms and view any reservations made through this link.

 

Finding Hotel's Availability

To check the availability of rooms for the event at a specific hotel, click on the "Select your room" option. If the hotel only displays a "Hold rooms" button and mentions "Availability upon Request," it indicates that there are no rooms currently available for immediate booking or blocking. In such cases, you will need to submit a request directly to the hotel for additional room inventory.
 

Note: If you are looking to book one room and there is immediate availability, you can still click on the "Hold Group Rooms" button to block one or more rooms, for you or for your team.
