Can I get a refund for a subscription purchase that has already been made?

At Prep Network, we strive to provide premium services and a high-quality user experience across all of our platforms and subscriptions. To maintain consistency and fairness for all users, we enforce a clear cancellation and refund policy.

 

All transactions are final. Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period.
