Tournament Age and Grade Eligibility

I acknowledge that the eligibility criteria for Prep Girls Hoops Circuit teams include the following: as long as the age requirements are met or a player is entering the corresponding grade, they are qualified to participate in the Prep Girls Hoops Circuit Events.

11th Grade - Class of 2026 - 17U

This division will allow unsigned seniors to participate (class of 2025s).

With that, the majority of players will be entering their senior (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and will not have turned 19 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

* No player who graduated in high school in the class of 2024 will be allowed to participate.

10th Grade - Class of 2027 - 16U

Players must be entering their junior (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and not have turned 18 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

9th Grade - Class of 2028 - 15U

Players must be entering their sophomore year (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and not have turned 17 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

8th Grade - Class of 2029 -14U

Players must be entering their freshman year (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and not have turned 16 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

7th Grade - Class of 2030-13U

Players must be entering their 8th Grade (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and not have turned 15 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

6th Grade - Class of 2031 -12U

Players must be entering their 7th Grade (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and not have turned 14 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

5th Grade - Class of 2032 -11U

Players must be entering their 7th Grade (or earlier) for the 2025-2026 academic year and not have turned 13 years old prior to August 1, 2025.

I also understand that for Prep Network Events:

• Players are allowed to play up on a team within the same program to fulfill roster spots if needed

• Players are not allowed to play down a level at any Prep Network Events

• Players are not allowed to play on multiple program rosters within the same weekend at Prep Network Events

If players are deemed too old to participate:

• Before the event - Participant is not allowed to play in any of the team’s games.
• During the event - The individual cannot participate in any future games within that
  tournament or any future tournaments in the same age/division. Any games the ineligible
  participant played in will be marked as forfeit.
• After the event - The games will be marked as forfeited.
